Apply now to be part of the Shannon Passero Brand Ambassador Program—an events and special projects program for customers and emerging women who love the brand and want to be a part of something special. As a Brand Ambassador you’ll be talking to potential customers, representing our lifestyle the brand of The Post Office and Shannon Passero. If you are chosen as a Brand Ambassador you will be compensated with good times, valuable experience, behind-the-scenes access and of course FANTASTIC Shannon Passero product. If you’re a strong leader within the community, excited about fashion, design, arts and of course passionate about The Post Office and Shannon Passero – this is a perfect chance for you to be part of our team.
You get to be a voice and vision for everything we both stand for!!!
- Provide a great representation of The Post Office and the Shannon Passero brands while conducting your regular day to day business and attending events in the community.
- Field questions, providing upbeat empathetic customer assistance and offering advice on looking and feeling great.
- Ambassadors champion our personal shopping experiences with any of our style experts and encourage individuals to host their very own personal shopping events at The Post Office.
- You are our eyes and ears in the community. We are looking for feedback on opportunities that are brought forward and ways we can better serve our customers
- Available to reply to internal emails within 24 hours is required
- Willing to greet customer issues with a sense of ownership. A smile on your face is a must, while having great communication with The Post Office team.
- Increase social awareness of The Post Office and Shannon Passero by providing us with one social media post weekly, as well as share one of our social media posts on your own account(s). We also require you to be active and provide support to all Shannon Passero social media posts (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
- A Brand Ambassador must be an active member of community and example of inspiring women from start to finish.
- Passionate about helping others, ambitious and self-motivated
- Exceptional communicator and very organized
- Autonomous, self-managed, and resourceful
- Lives the Shannon Passero brand and lifestyle
- Social media savvy
- Eagerness to learn and able to juggle multiple tasks and quickly adapt to new situations
